Panorama Article

A good customer of mine, and a good friend, had his SliverRose 944 turbo written up in an article in Panorama. I worked with Darwin for quite a while to develop his project. It’s still running great today (it’s been updated to a Link ECU).

I was able to be there for the photo shoot – I got to drive the chase car for the motion pics with the photographer hanging out of the trunk. The funny part of the photo shoot that did not make it into the article is that we started out in the middle of the Bonneville Salt Flats. Darwin had just had his 944 professionally detailed and as he got out of the car and turn to admire it he saw that the wheels wells were completely full of salt…one of the best ‘WTF’ looks I have ever seen!

Currently (as of 2025) Darwin is building rockets at SpaceX. They go a little faster than his SliverRose!
